It has been said that smartcards will one day be as important as computers are today. This statement contains a bit of an error because it implies that smartcards are not computers, when in fact, they are. The history of smartcards, its types, their low-level properties, the standards that affect their adoption in mainstream society, and how they relate to today's computer security systems made us give complete software solutions using Smart Cards.

Andhravision deliverables will be used to support mass deployment of smart card systems which will benefit the entire smart card community. Twelve working areas have been defined such as

The overall outputs will be a set of common specifications containing guidelines, best practices, technical specifications, etc.
